The Pittsfield Suns won in another home run derby ending to defeat the North Shore Navigators 6-5 in what was a close game the entire way. Pittsfield’s Taylor Beckett and Jackson Petersen combined for 6 home runs in the first round of the derby. Beckett hit 5 of those 6. That was enough to out-homer the Navigators squad 6-3 and win the game. Caeden Trenkle found success at the plate for Pittsfield going 2 for 4 with three runs scored and two RBIs. Colin Wetterau shined for the Navigators going 2 for 4 with a run scored and an RBI.
